First off I suggesting getting used to the community, be well known, and help in shout whenever you can. Secondly, show Meepcraft that you care and do some good stuff before you become staff.

I also suggest checking out some threads of accepted applications, as there is much more to include than what you have above. I will also edit in some threads to help you write your app and make sure you're ready for the task. Good luck next time, apply again when you're more known and helpful!

Like rAwson said, I would suggest checking out some of the accepted applications for some ideas on what we are looking for. Here is also the compulsory application format and some tips which I highly recumbent looking at.
This was also you 10th post on the forums so I suggest having a look around the place and becoming active in it before applying again.
