Why we should consider your appeal: I admit to having used X-Ray and I I'll not lie to you about what happened. I was in fact using X-Ray to my advantage and understand that this is unfair to other players. I do however think that a permanent ban for one incident is a bit irrational. I will be totally fine with a temporary ban because I, myself know i shouldn't have been using X-Ray and think it is only fair to other players that you punish me. I also believe you should take the items I received with X-ray away from me as this would also make it more fair to other people. This was my first incident on the server and thoroughly believe that a perm ban is unfair punishment. Like I said this is my first incident and i assure you there will not be a second. I have already deleted X-Ray and I hope you believe me when I say I will not download it again. I really like this server and play it with my friend all the time and this is pretty much the only server we play on and I would like to continue to play with them so please lower my ban or punish me in other ways because i don't wish to lose this server. For these reasons I believe my ban time should be lowered from a perm ban to a temp-ban or a different form of punishment such as a mute. Thank you for your consideration.

This is denied. Xraying is a serious matter and carries with a the term of a perm ban.
