[10]INTRODUCTION: Hi I'm Jaicob72!, I live in Washington/seattle. I have been playing this server for about 6 months, I pretty much play kitpvp, and hunger games. When i first started playing this server, it was vary fun!, i really like the community of the server. 6 months later, I'm making application.

[+]WHY SHOULD I BE HELPER?: The reason as to why I would like to become a Helper is so that I may punish the rule-breakers who behave inappropriately – which I see very often around the server. I feel as if I may be able to help with this, as I am online while other staff members usually aren’t. I also tend to love handling tasks, so I feel like this position would be right for me.

and I'm responsible and I know whats right. I understand that warnings are very important and that banning and kicking people for stupid reason's isn't how it works. I get along with most of the people that I talk to and I try not to start arguments, but if I'm right and I know I'm right, I won't stop until they realize I'm right. I want to help and make the server better. I'll help with whatever is needed.

And i'm vary vary honest to people, i really never lie, If I do lie I will correct my mistake and try to grow from it. I think to a Respectfulness scale 1-10, i think i'm a 9, because I am more respectful now due to my position as helper. I am fair and treat everybody the same even if I have had bad history with them.

Unless you are an alt of someone you lied on your app saying you are checking these forums yet without an account their is no point in doing so... Also I have never seen you on teamspeak or in game. I know this may seem rather harsh however I don't like liars.

-1, This app was weak, and you don't seem to want to help the server, you seem to be very power- hungry, as I get my reasoning from these post here

You should try to be active on TeamSpeak whether you're staff or not.

Punishing people is just one small part of staff, you made a whole paragraph about that, while you only mentioned helping people once.

Overall, I believe you're defiantly not qualified for a staff position. You don't seem to have the knowledge, activity, and passion for the job, but if you pretty much switch those 3 things around, I may change my vote !

First I would spend some time on the forums to make sure you are active on all aspects of the server.
Your app is also a little bit weak, look at some in the accepted for interview section (but don't copy them).
Also, I'm sure you have a weakness. We all do

You are new to forums and the application is pretty weak. If you are denied take a good while to try and become active in forums and in team speak. You shouldn't wait till you are accepted to start using team speak again. Also if you have to re-apply make sure you have someone proof read your application. -1 for now Good Luck!

 

You seem mature. However I never seen you online. In your app, you say you "WILL" do those certain actions. You should be doing those certain actions before you apply. I have never seen you at all before either. I think yo have potential but be more active and get more involved in the community.

This is denied. You need to increase your activity in game, on teamspeak and on forums. Please also try to use proper capitalization when applying, in real life and for online roles. Read accepted applications for inspiration and apply in no less than 2 weeks.
