It has been a while.

So I haven't played meepcraft for over 3 years and I remembered that I had an elite rank. I just have one question and is it possible to request a refund for my rank? (Also I remember when I used to play, people who asked for rank refunds got banned, is that still a thing?)

 

No you can't get it refunded, and the only people who got banned for refunds were people who chargebacked, which is when you basically tell pay pal that it was a scam and then pay pal charged the server another 20 bucks.

 

Also it's been way too long I highly doubt paypal will even let you request it.
But otherwise what Dwarf said is correct. We do not transfer or refund ranks.
