Issues With "flying"

So yesterday (2/21/14), I had left the server while falling down a waterway. When I came back, it continuously kicked me for "flying (or similiar)". I am slightly confused and I would love have the chance to play again. For additional information, I was curently in the wilderness in a "canyon" mining. I went up to a "waterfall" coming from the wall and blocked it and accidentally left the server before I hit the ground. Now I can't join. I do have a possible solution: Maybe disable to rule of flying for the time I successfully log in then the rule can be enabled after that. Thanks.

This is a known bug, and the only way we can fix it so far is to have a moderator force tpa you out. I can ask someone to do it, but we need you to keep trying to log in or it won't work

Unfortunately no. I have been trying for 2 hours till my hand went numb.
