    They didn't have hours' worth of notice, they had almost two years. The best way they could have handled this is by reading the EULA, and planning ahead of time. Sticking their heads in the sand and telling everyone we're good is one of the worst ways they could have handled it.

    1) NEVER remove perks from people who had bought ranks SPECIFICALLY for that perk. It would have been easy to give all "Pre-EULA" donors the perks they paid for, and block off all future people from buying them in the store.

    2) Allow some way to obtain perks ingame. I've seen servers do this before, where they allow you to unlock previous donor perks for In game money. This could be a goal and a meeble sink in the game, because you can charge a high price for perks, as long as they are somewhat reasonable prices.
    • /fix - (3 Mill, because it was an elite perk and very valuable)
    • /Spawner (Tier 1)(750k), it was a supreme perk but not all too valuable imo
    • /fly (10-12 mill, because it was the most important perk in the game to most people)
    • /nv (1-2 Mill)
    • /Spawner (Tier 2)(1.25 Mill, must have purchased Tier 1 first)
    • /heal (175k)
    • Job Slots: (10k for 2nd, 30k for 3rd, 60k for 4th, 150k for 5th, 400k for 6th, 1 million for 7th)
    • Ultimate Shop access: (5 Million, since it is no longer attainable to access unless you're already legend)
    3) Allow minigame reward multipliers to be obtainable IN GAME. This could have been either a meeble or time investment. For now, let's just say it's a meeble investment.
    • 1.5x Multi cost: 100k
    • 2.0x Multi cost: 400k
    • 2.5x Multi cost: 900k
    • 3.0x Multi cost: 1300k
    • 4.0x Multi cost: 3000k
    • 5.0x Multi cost: 4300k

    These ideas could be a meeble sink for the economy AND a way to give people a chance to unlock these now unattainable perks while also letting people who previously had perks keep their perks.

    Mojang literally gave the server a matter of hours to become compliant or they would shut us down. I think that removing all perks for the time being was the best course of action to simply avoid being shut down.

    I reckon that our next move should be to contact Mojang and see what we can do to add back some perks, while remaining compliant.
