Lots of people resign... him and I resigned the same night a while ago for similar reasons, staff got boring and we didn't want to be part of it anymore.

 

i see you around a bit however i hav never seen you on TS and never seen you helping in chat but i do think you have the potential -0.5

Its not like trolls aren't allowed on the server, thats entirely wrong. I think what Megusta was alluding to was the fact that his demeanor did a complete 180 and went from helpful -> somewhat disrespectful. During his time as a citizen, after staff, he got bans for sexual content and some minor things. These aren't necessarily damning things in the long run but it does give you and idea of what happens when a person gains power and then loses it. That is a big jump from helper to somewhat of a delinquent. Although his recent behavior has been for the better, there is that cloud of bad activity and I think thats what she was trying to highlight, not just being a troll. (sorry that sort of rambled, I can't make a coherent paragraph sometimes)

 

+o.5 After reading your app, I trust that you will be a good Helper for filing out modreqs. However, I lowered this down to +0.5 because a. You sweared in your app. b. You apparently have a weakness of doing kicks/temp-bans. Even though it may be 4 percent of your job, you have to 100 percent correct kicks/temp-bans if you want to remain being a helper.
