Horse Race Competition!

So, the horse race contest will take place on a well designed horse track.
This competition will take place at the Carthage Arena (in Carthage alpha town).
There will be a gambling area inside the building for you to bet on.
The date will be issued when the Arena has been built.
The entry fee is 7.5k and the prize 100k. The amount of racers will be between 15 to 20.
No potions or pots allowed. No weapons allowed or anything that could distract or ruin the opponents chance on winning, or you will be disqualified. You can either bring your own horse or buy one from the town.
