Description of Job:
Need a builder/buildert team to build a 6 plot shop.
Plot Info:
Found in the town of Paris
2 plots by 3 plots
Already cleared

Build:
Modern style
Shop -> 2/3 floor
Must look 'rich'
Chests not needed
No landscaping

Builders:
No materials provided, but I will pay extra for this.
Must have proof of previous builds (post here).
Can work in teams, but pay is split.

Pay: Material Costs (Estimated at 100k) + 300k (negotiable)

I can attempt this, perhaps. I will show my work IG (CluelessKlutz is my IGN). Also, I would like to show you a style very similar to modern, but more suited for shops. It is incredibly advanced.
