Introduction: Hello, I am Highlanders3Ruth and some of you call me Landers, High, or some other names. I play baseball and soccer and have fun playing with them. I just played in a dodgeball tournament with Baconhoops101 and Nman830 to help people with a bad heart's. I enjoy helping our community in-game and helping my in real life community. I love sports, MeepCraft, and helping others in need of serious help or just in-game help. We are getting very great new staff to help the community and I am very happy of that. Why should you be Helper/Mod:
I think I should become a Helper because I have been improving on my helping and such. I have been posting in Q&A's and responding to helping others in-game. I have been a staff member before and learned all the basic's to the commands, kicks, temp-bans, forums, and reports. I have been stepping up my game and focussing on my helping from when I was a former staff and just took it all easy. I take all jobs serious and work hard to complete them when I do get assigned one. I have been Co-Owner on servers, admins, had Op and feel I am trustworthy to handle some commands such as /kick and /tempban. I do tend to goof around a little and am working to control that seeing I am 11 and sometimes just have to let all the fun flow. I do tend to get into arguments and try and win them if they are important or just don't make any sense if we were going to do something, but if it's a person needing help I always try my best to help them as best as possible. Even if it takes 20 minutes I want to finish the job. I have helped many people with their towns such as depositing, and withdrawing their money to keep their towns up. I have helped people with towny commands, mini-games, and lots of other cases needing help. I have worked on griefing cases, stealing cases, and different types of cases during my last time as a Helper and know what to do in the time of that problem and don't get to stressed out over it. I can hold back lots of things when it comes to arguments, yelling, or getting mad so that's good for being a staff because you don't want the new players to leave because of a staff member yelling at them. I tend to post things on the forums that are short but do make a lot of sense so if I do post something that seems 'mean' please talk to me and I will tell you what I meant by it. Helping others is what I like doing, when you do help someone you get a good feeling and then are happy and proud of yourself and I like having that feeling, it makes my day. By that I am not saying you need to be staff to help others and I am not trying to say I want that I want the [Helper] tag, I am saying that helping others is what is right and good. I am very very good at following the rules, I have only been kicked 3-6 times in 1 year and 6 months of playing on this wonderful server and have only been temp-banned one time. I feel that I know the rules, amount of time on a ban, community, and staff commands and think I am ready to take on Helper again.

Weaknesses:

I know some of my weaknesses and if you know some others I don't list, post them.

*Maturity, I do tend to rise or drop at the maturity level. I will use big words and make my point or be with my friends and have my maturity drop and then act like a 11 year old kid.

*TeamSpeak, I do not go on it and lots of you will post that and I am okay with that because I just got it and plan on using it a lot.

*Work, I do tend to relax a lot but I did that and had what happened what I knew was coming so I am working hard on doing good in school and helping others. Not putting it aside and getting a C or leaving the person hanging around while I am playing HG or some other thing.

*Experience, As I stated before, I have been a staff member before on MeepCraft, Co-Owner on a different server along with Mod, Admin, and Op. I know the rules, temp-bans, and kicks.

*Dedication, I have been playing on MeepCraft for 1 year and 6 months. I have donated for Exclusive, Elite, Supreme, and Ultimate and have been temp-banned 2 times and kicked 3-6 times.

Highlandars, you have the qualities of a staff member. I see that all the time. However I have NEVER seen you on Teamspeakm which is very important. So I'm at a +/-, good luck!

 

Okay thank you Monkeyhead, I had not been on TeamSpeak because I had to get my grades up. I have it downloaded again and am going to try and be on every day.

I had a real issue with this app because it didn't directly state your previous demotion and why you were demoted. You were demoted because of lack of activity, modreq count and some other things. This is rather minor thing to get demoted for in the grand scheme of things but, this was also the reason that countless mod apps, filed by you, were denied as well. When you were on staff, you had less than 20 modreqs when I first joined. You were never on skype, you were never on teamspeak and you were practically never in game. When I first joined staff, I didn't think you were actually staff, because I never saw you on.

Now, lets go to your current standing on meep. I do have to say that your activity has improved a ton, you worked on that and thats a very good thing. But, when you're online I see you advertising a thing you want to sell or talking about pvp, not helping.

Your excuse for not being on team speak because:

Is something that would have been understood if it was initially said.

My last point on this is, your maturity. I think in your helper app and your mod apps the biggest reason for a "-1" was because of your maturity and I truly feel that you've tried to be mature but, you're not making a big enough effort. Your maturity isn't at the high enough caliber yet that shows a drastic improvement from your previous conduct on staff.
I wrote an essay for you because I think you can become staff in the future, and I think that it'd be nice to have you back just not at this time.

Hmmm...

I honestly think you can eventually become a good staff member, but I feel now is not the right time for you. I find you a tad bit immature in game, but I tend to see you helping quite a bit. If you work on your maturity (especially at the Terrarium >_>, and in shout), I'd easily give you a +1 as you're nice, and have potential.
