Skype is used for various staff chats... without it, you CAN'T be a staff member.

 

Or, they may just ask her to download Skype. I don't think it's Skype that need be the focus. If someone has the willingness to learn, is able to understand that you're here to serve the community and not yourself, then why not just tell them to download Skype? Here.. allow me..

@Gamerperson783, it's very easy to download skype. Even on an ipad, it is supported. The surest way to get everyone to stop telling you that you can't be staff without it is just to download it. Click here to go to the Skype webpage. It should suggest the version that is best suited for whatever device you are on, automatically.

Secondly, you sound like a very kind person who just wants to help people. That is a very good quality to have, so keep on thinking that way. I think a lot of people forget the real reason for Helper is to help others and not themselves.

About your application, you can really get a good view of what kind of person you are. The thing is, though you might be in a hurry or you type too fast, some things do require patience and a more delicate hand. Though its not a real job and, at your age, you've probably never had one, you need to keep in mind that as staff member you have to show professionalism. Which means that you do need to slow down and take your time in things.

I see you trying, so that means the staff will see you trying. Just keep being the nice, helpful person that you are. Maybe you can even prove everyone wrong, eventually. Maybe re-read everything that you've written out loud and ask yourself if that's how you would hold a conversation with someone in person? You might see some mistakes you'll want to fix. We all make them.

Just don't lose sight of your goal because of a bump in the road.

The first step is being able to speak up and let people know that you are here and trying, and you've done that.

Also, skype is needed. No one is going to change the rule for you, and without skype you're not gonna be accepted. Grow up.

I don't see you on at all (Timezones, I guarantee it) and you can be pretty immature. Everyone else said it but you need skype. Also, your application seemed pretty limited and your intro and your weakness were both longer than why you should helper... -1 for now but I see much potential in you!

Being lazy is trying to take as many shortcuts as possible in order to get something done.
You attempted this multiple times on your application, and it doesn't look pretty with fast, lazy typing.

Ok this week I am now playing more for 2hours idk maybe a bit more and when back into school I'm playing back to 1hour cause Im busy over the weeks almost time for school to end

 

Just wondering, how do you forgot about a staff application that you did one week ago? I'm confused. Shouldn't this be important? If you want to be staff you should at least care about it. Having the attitude "Oh I don't care whatever this didn't matter to me anyway" is something to change.
