I think you missed what I was saying when I said that, if you would have screen shotted the entire conversation going on instead of my part and showing everyone what only I said then it wouldn't look so bad, Now a few messages above my message now was from Refugeebaker who is a helper, He shouted in ALL CAPS! and what I'm saying by that is "if I get kicked for this I want Refugeebaker demoted because helpers are supposed to also follow the rules of the game, Thank you for your concern and feedback but please show all of the conversation when you screen shot and post onto forums, Disclaimer I am not beinf rude right now I am jus defending my words. If a staff member uses all caps in global I should be allowed to do so as well <3

 

This was no disrespect towards Refugeebaker it was a joke towards his caps mistake - I do understand that his caps was a mistake which we all make but this shouldn't be used against me. . Also just to make it clear I do not want Refugeebaker demoted because I like him as a staff member he brings much clean humor to global chat and does his job.

 

Just going to jump in here quick, (here) was taken out of context. I made the foolish mistake of leaving my caps lock on (Imagine that, the anti-caps demon using caps...). Marlin just made a funny joke about my mistake, and I don't think this should be taken as anything other than that.

Based on any thing else I've seen and this^ I say -1.

 

Just because a staff member did it does not mean you should. There is absolutely no excuse for you to do what you did. What refugee did was either on accident because staff have a filter, or will be talked to about it by a higher up.
Either way it is not your business and you very much know better than to pull that, on purpose, and then bring up this excuse. It is disappointing.

i jokingly said it i do not feel it was inappropriate, i did not get kicked for it because we all know it was a joke, im not making excuses just stating facts.

 

Haven't commented on staff apps in forever. Good'a time as any right?

Marlin. Merlin.. whatever. Child, you have been staff in Dreamcraft for how long? I know personally that you indeed put forth so much effort into helping people, including me. You joke around with other players and DC residents and make them feel welcome. I do, however, feel as if you don't let things go as you should. It's kinda like a Madea moment.. you feel like if someone gets you, you gotta get them back. Sometimes you just have to turn the other cheek (yes, that cheek) so they can kiss it. With that, also lies a bit of a maturity thing.. you choose to argue about the silly things kinda, and that's a setback of sorts. Work on it (like I know you have been). As for this activity mess they are drillin' you about. It's nonsense. I have watched staff members be off for weeks at a time with no inactivity notices, so only being on for an hour a day is not really an issue. In fact, I believe the great and powerful Oz once said.. *clears throat*.. I mean Cooleysworld, "its not the quantity that counts. It's the quality of work put into it." You have tons of potential so don't let the nay-sayers get ya down. Just work on what you know needs improvement and better yourself.

 

You have taught me so many things you and cluelessklutz both, If not for you 2 I wouldn't be who I am (not the immature part) I mean being able to welcome someone into town, working for money, trying my best and never being told I cant, You are the best town mayor and mentor on meep you and cluelessklutz both, Thank you for your feedback, I feel being helper would improve my maturity, Being town staff of one of the largest towns in meepcraft has taught me a lot, Yes I can be immature and start things, I have moved them to forums, and yes I act childish at times but its fun, Its a game, games are supposed to be fun right? I come on here with a smile and joke and laugh and as you can see I can be very professional when it comes to being town staff, As just like being meepcraft staff, I wouldn't act any different as I do in town, I love helping people, I love doing my job as town staff, I put in the effort, And I have fun all the time, Thank you for your feed back

 

I have clearly missed out on your time here in DC, but from what i have seen, it seems there in a simple fix, albeit one of the hardest lessons anyone really has to learn. Is that some people are bound to disagree with you, but you need to be able to understand their point of view before you even think of responding. Then deciding if responding is even the best call of action, this is what i believe being mature is all about. I believe that if you work at this, within a couple of months you will be a helper.

 

Thank you Mjs, Im just now getting to know you on meep, Ive enjoyed you so far, Im not going to quit, if i wonna be helper ill be helper one day, i wont give up, it took a little time to become DreamCraft town staff, I pushed for it and i feel i have suceeded in being so, I think many take my jokes seriously and thats where the "im immature" comes out, Maybe i shouldnt be so Blunt, My helper application was very short for many reasons, i feel what i do in my everyday life is not neccessary, i dont need to give everyone a long soft and cute story as to why i want to be helper, the only thing that matters is how i am on meep, I do believe if i became helper i was succeed at it because im an open character, I dont want to be that helper no one likes because i kick for no reason, My goal on meep is to have less bans, I dont like being kicked or banned and neither does anyone else, i do understand some people deserve it as have i in the past, But i feel i could help, especially the new players, im very helpful when it comes to silly things, I remember one time in DreamCraft i moved a new player atleast 10 times within 2 days because they wanted a new house, Ive helper decorate new players homes, Ive given people things to sell and money, I love helping and i dont think my global sayings should define how i would be as a helper.

 

Marlin is my twin as all of you may know, and was the one who actually introduced me to meep server. I began as a noob but he actually has taught me just about everything I know. And sometimes it may see as he is being immature, but he is really just trying to have laughs. It also may seem as he doesnt help in global but he actually does, and in /msg as well, sometimes mods do not pay attention, for example, I have seen many people say things that deserved to be kicked including cursing, and don't because the online mods/ helpers were not watching global chat. At the end of the day, I think he could be a strong asset to the meep community as a helper. +1

You seem to think it's okay to do something because another did it as well, you should know better if you're 17. From people here I can see that you're perhaps not the best suited candidate and while I do understand that you would apply to gauge what people think of you, it's killed your chances.

Today I was online when no staff members were on - I feel this has been happening a lot lately, I wish you would take into deep consideration to rethink your thoughts, I do not want to push you into anything, I'm just checking up on my application, If not me then someone else needs in because no one is on to help right now <3

 

I do know me doing caps was no appropriate however it was nothing more then a joke, it got a couple laughs haha whatever, I do not feel I am being childish, I wish you would leave the caps thing alone, If this is the worst ive done then what are we worrying about? I can be immature at times but again its a kid game were all immature, I can be very professional when need be.
