As a helper you were annoying, unhelpful, and power hungry. You ignored people when they asked for help, and ignored people that didn't like you.

You are not ready, you will never be ready. The only reason people know you is because of the jokes about you getting accepted as staff the first time.

It's been 2 months, at least, since you were demoted. If you find yourself this immature/annoying then you pretty much told us that you weren't ready.

 

I'm pretty sure we use you as an example of one of the worst staff.

In the past few days, you have really improved your act and tried to be more helpful, but I hope that this is not a facade. I think if you keep this up over the next few weeks, and reapply at that time, I would be a +1.
