Introduction: Hello I am RAULPTY known as Raul or Raulp, well some people tell me Raulp. I live in Panama, Central America a beautiful tropical country (not that big country) surrounded by the two oceans. To start my real name is Raul, a spanish name. I like to play sports, mainly tennis, basketball(I am in my school's team), football and some soccer (I am the worst kicking a ball). Three years ago I played the guitar, but sports invaded my music life. I love to play MineCraft (who dont), and I just got a PS4 for my birthday (February 21) 2 weeks ago.
I am a 7th grader, I am one of the smarter kids on the grade I am good on all, except Science class I cant handle that to difficult for me. I have two brothers one is 9 years old and the other one is a baby 2 years old. My 9 year old brother plays MineCraft but he is kinda noob, but I still trying to make him a good player. Now lets talk about MeepCraft, I have been playing MeepCraft since February 2013 almost at my birthday, I was not a known member at that time. I started being known a little bit as a Exclusive-Elite then I got Supreme and there was when I started being known. Now I am an Ultimate, I love flying!!!!!
I have a big family, I got family in US, Italy and Spain

Why: Since I have been playing MeepCraft for a year I alreay know everything, I know the staff commands, how to handle /modreqs, detecting hackers, being a nice person to the community and how to cook pancakes (lol jk). I am good handling big conflicts and calm down people that rage. I am not the type of person that when someone insults me and I insult back, no thats not good on that situations you just need to try to solve his problem or the situation he is on. I always do the correct thing I never do something that is illegal. I never insult people and I never begin a conflict with someone (unless he is being a really big jerk). If I get helper I will start with a new role focusing more on the community and people. I have never been banned. I actually have been kicked multiple times for inciting spam or so(On old meep). I may not be the best. Everyday I learn something new that keeps on my mind all day, it interests me. Today I noticed its illegal to sell iTunes gift cards, everyday something to my mind.

Weakness: I have a big weakness, it is when a bunch of people is having it VS me. I start to freak out, but I am working on that every single day, like in pvp if you enter the arena fight a litte bit then you leave they just call you NOOB. I really dont like that, they cant understand I just want to leave and have fun. Other weakness is Teamspeak. I dont know every person on Teamspeak so I am kinda in silence sometimes, I prefer Skype a lot better. Actually I only talk to my friends. I was really bad getting money, I had my hard times. Now I have a good ratio at it, right now I got 2.3 mil. I hate when people make fun of me actually on school. One time I made pee in my pants worst day of my life(lets just don't talk about that).

Conclusion: I hope everyone has read this and has saw my dedication to this awesome server. I really want this server to have a better community and have a good staff members that can help the server grow and have more people joining, and having a funny, great time on this magnificant server.

When I see "Last try" in the title of a helper app there isn't much more to think. If you're getting denied, you're getting denied for a reason, sometimes its because of time, sometimes its a reason. Since I haven't seen much change I'm going to reiterate things that were said in previous helper apps you've posted:

Although I have been having some recent activity issues, I still don't see an improvement in any of these. Your application definitely got better but other than that nothing has changed. My vote still stands at a -1.

I'm not entirely sure what to say here. I'm leaning towards a -1, and I'll try to articulate this as much as possible.

I see you as a person having a lot of fun playing on the server. Would you be willing to give that up 100%, if needs be? I know you enjoy PVPing, and if I'm correct that's probably your most primary thing you do on Meep. I don't think you'd be able to effectively balance the two, which would either be bad for the server or bad for you as an individual looking to have good experiences.

I do seem to remember some immaturity issues in the past surrounding your name, but I haven't directly witnessed any of those recently.

I dunno about this so, I think I'll go middle of the road with +/-0.

 

-0 I don't really see you IGN but we might not get on at the same time so that won't have to do with it But as what people are saying above you see immature. And last try? Like brotha if you want something you go out and get it. If you fall/fail get back up and keep pushing yourself towards it. You are very active on forums so thats good but ill stay at -0! What I've noticed is that you always seem to have bias votes.

Raul I've none you for a long time, but to me you seen like one of those pvp rats (rat meaning constantly does something not a scum) who just pvp until they can't anymore.
