help stuck in hell portal

    today i did go to the nether and when i get back to the towns world i came in a hellportal with cobble around it and i can't get out or type commands plz help

    When someone is stuck in a nether p[ortal like that, it doesn't let them do anything at all. Not break, not place, etc.
