Why were you banned? ban eveding

Why we should consider your appeal: I was doing something bad got banned for 1 day but my family member jonesSniper logged on he was playing then I got perm banned for "ban Evading" when I am not JonesSniper!

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: If I was JonesSniper I would have the top rank and stuff and I would be in his town!
