Give players in Legacy /fly

What negative effect will it have? I was never even told why the first suggestion (same one as this) was denied.

The only reason I play on Meepcraft is to build, to build houses and structures to players to live in and play in.
But what do you know? 9/10 players have their own town and are uninterested in living in someone else's town that has pre-built houses for them. (Free houses!) I'm offering free houses that take 5-15 hours to build each and nobody wants to live in them. Do you know how discouraging that is? And the fact that I don't have /fly to build anything in the first place. Which makes a simple task that would take 10 minutes to complete 3 hours. I don't have that kind of time anymore.

All I'm saying is give everybody in legacy /fly. What kind of negative effects would it have? Please explain to me what negative effects it would have. And don't tell me it would be to hard to implement. I've already asked reggles how difficult it would be. He said it would take 10 seconds.

Players don't play on the server because it's great. People play on it because of the community. And guess who's leaving? The community because simple changes like this that have massive advantages to the player base and overall overview of the server get overlooked or instantly denied for no reason.

It's a simple request. Just give everybody in Legacy /fly. Gamma doesn't matter since they're scrubs.

Boosters are coming, fly will be purchasable. This is not just gonna be given out.
