For those of you who want to use Xray because regular mining takes too long.

Give this page a little reading, especially watch the branch mining youtube video. All you nubs not getting anything good while mining need some lessons.

Mining is easy. The hard part is finding s cave system. Its just trial and error, however mostly luck.

 

Wish we still had abandoned mine shafts.

 

@ Maxximus - Well if you dig in a straight line long enough you will find one eventually

@ Mistress - Yeah I miss the mine shafts too, but I get why they removed it. But they should've made them very rare instead of non-existent. I guess the ravines are the new mine shafts lol

 

Eh, I'm not too hip on ravines. I can usually find a cave system almost every time I mine, though. They're usually around y 22.
