For the new mail plugin

Have a way you can do /mail send town and nation.
This way, a town staff can send a mail to everyone 'Hey tax is changing on x date' or they can send a new update like 'go to /t outpost x for villager trading'
Nations can do this too, though it'd probably be used less it'd still be there for high convenience when it DOES need to be used.
Option: Only allow staff of the towns/nations to send mails, less spam

Town board gives one message when you join, which people rarely pay attention too.

Sorry for the revive of this. However, this would be amazing if it could be implemented/coded. Imagine having a town with 500 people. I'm going to spend a whole day trying to send those people mail. Even 30 people. The normal-ish town size. That's about 2 hours of my day still. (I have to up arrow, delete the name, rewrite the name, and maybe the name is too long for the message, so I have to send them two.)

While it is only a convenience thing, it would set Meep apart from other basic towny plugins/servers.

+1 the difficulties of current /t set board is that very few people check it and there is no alert for it when you log in. /mail I believe is checked much more often and this would really aid the community.
