Accepted Flying Instant kick appeal

I was on meep yesterday with my friend courbieboy while we were playing ctf.
I tried to com on today and it keeps saying (Kicked: Flying or related)
I wasn't flying yesterday because I don't have any mods instaled.
I would love to be un kicked

I remember what happened now. There is a little post where
the stairs to the minigames are and i jumped on top of it.

Hello Jamez. A plugin named 'anti cheat' thought you were flying and was mistaken, and it disconnected you for this reason. However, a 'kick' is not a ban, you can simply reconnect to the server following this, If this continues after you have waited for a few more minutes, please private message a staff member of have your friend courbieboy file a modreq for a member to help out. You are not banned, this is simply a bug
