    The beta town of Duskbreak (/pwarp duskbreak) is for sale starting at 250k. I have a few conditions for the town, though.

    -Buyer must have an extra 200k in their balance.

    - Houses of Lenuki and Duckeh_TheFox must be kept unless they themselves would like to do something else with their houses.

    - 10k extra will be payed with the buying of the town that I will put into the bank, or you can do yourself. The 200k in the bank already is seperate from the town.

    - I will most likely stay in the town to occasionally build and help it expand.
