Insight to the town
Dubai is located along the side of the sea in a desert, somewhere in towns. The housing consists of prebuilds and our /t outpost 2 which is for new residents to build whatever they like. Though we are small, our buildings are large. Come check us out @ /t spawn dubai.


Rules
Only mayors can take out of the town bank (obviously).
If your house (in the centre of the city) looks like garbage, it will be asked to be upgraded and if you are not online within a week of the given sign (we will put when it was issued), your house will be demolished and you will be asked to build a new one.
In the free build area, you are allowed as many plots as you wish (as long as you pay for them).


Discord
We currently host a discord server which is public to join! Here, you can listen to music, chat to friends or get support from town staff!

Housing
Currently, our housing consists of free build plots and prebuilds (coming soon).

Commercial
We are fine with you owning a shop, just as long as you pay shop tax.
