When you were banned: today

Reason for ban: "Harassment" <------ i wasnt

Ban Length: 7 day and 1 on ts

Staff member who issued ban: jess and chaos

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? I would just like everyone to know that i was just treated unfairly by very bias staff. 3 people separately msg me in game and in ts and told me to "kys". They were warned and not even kicked. After that 4 other on ts harassed me and twerkingtaco to a very extent. I was told to kill myself on multiple occasions and was made fun of for being gay and a member of my family committing suicide. This went on for about 2 hours and nothing had been done at all except for by _Peridonyx_ which she temp banned vkl for 30 mins. Then i get defensive and call the harasser a derogatory term, which resulted in a 1 day ban on ts. (seems legit) i was not kicked, nor warned... i was banned. Then i quickly make a /modreq in game to sort things out and Versus_ claims it. I was talking to her about the wrong decision made by the careless staff member who issued it and asked her to talk to the staff member about it. I did use strong language in the msges to Versus_ but none were adjectives that could offend someone except for i called the staff member a hypocrite. Then i was banned by Chaos for 7 days for "harassment". (shocker right xD) I had no recolation that i was harassing anyone at all, in fact this was all in msg to Versus_ and she never once asked me to stop msging her.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: To my knowledge the real harassers have not been banned. Ya know the ones that called me a "******" on separate occasions and also made fun of a family member committing suicide. These people were also warned 3 times by _peridonyx_. Ty Peri for actually trying to help

 

First of all I was listening in on the conversation where the supposed harassers said nothing inappropriate at all. You on the other hand did nothing but swear and call them inappropriate names, which I can not list here. This went on for over 10 minutes before I banned. I was on an alt and listening in secretly. You should not have needed a warning as you know the rules and therefore should follow them.

 

Of course they werent saying anything they knew you were in there but i also know that when there is something wrong happening to me nothing is ever done about it. god forbid i do anything like i said. Lets use something relevant to you Jess. Lets say a man assaulted your kids ( god forbid that ever happen {not sarcastic}). You witnessed it, along with your husband. You report it to police and they say since "they did not see it" they cannot do anything about it. So you yell at the man after bottling up your feelings and you get arrest for domestic violence. Jess in a real life scenario this would not slide. Now put yourself in my shoes and try to hold yourself back from yelling at those annoying "things".

 

Well here is a good life lesson for you, even in real life there has to be proof. If the police did not have proof they would have no case. If someone assaulted anyone there would be proof. I tried getting proof and unfortunately for you all the proof I got was on you.

 

Jess.... think about what i was going through.... You have obviously never been in this situation. Neither have I. I reacted in a way i shouldn't have and im sorry but I was being put through a lot. Also, the whole "harassment" thing was never addressed.

 

I dont need to take it out on people? I was being harassed. Those kids deserved every word that came out of my mouth and i wont be apologizing for that, but I will apologize for stressing the staff out.

 

There are trolls on the internet who LOVE to get a reaction out of you by calling you names. If you feed them they won't leave you alone if you walk away they will stop. To second this, I Know how it feels to lose someone close! It hurts yes but you don't need to take it out on people.

2 wrongs don't make a right, you harassed the players right back and didn't just leave it alone and let a staff member take care of it, you kept at it over and over again.

 

Chaos I understand what I did was wrong but mine was out of fueled anger. Theirs was intentional and planned out. You cannot judge someone for the actions that they make when they are angry. Please reconsider the actions you made when i was angry, I have calmed down a lot and ready to talk like a civilized Meeper.

 

Do not compare my verbal actions with something physical... that is on a completely different scale... Like I said I have calmed down and ready to talk to staff in a civilized mannor.

 

So if someone was very upset and full of anger and went on a gun shooting rampage the cops can't judge someone for the actions that they make when they are angry?

I would like to keep this ban for a few days, just so you know why it was made. I Know you are upset about losing your father, I Lost my father not even 2 years ago. I'm still upset about it but i have learned to live with it. If i could change the past i would. But you need to understand that things need to be let go at times, Keep away from players that upset you. Use skype to talk to friends or people you trust.

 

I am ok with that, but how many days and on Meep or Ts

 

I'll lower it to 3 days for ingame but for ts we will see., but know this I can only lower this so much. Next time the ban will be abit longer. The ban was to get you to appeal so i could talk to you as an adult.

I hope you understand where I am coming from about this ban.

The ban ingame is now 3 days. but for TS, we will have to see how things go ingame.
