/cosmeticenchant hand command

A command that lets us enchant non-tools with useless enchantments (Unbreaking X) so that they have the enchantment particles on the item without it actually having a useful enchant. EULA complient and a donor command to give donors something. Add this after doing more important tasks such as skywars, because this is honestly not as important as other tasks that need to be done.

I remember the good old days when you could enchant anything with any book with anvils...

 

I think it's silly, but it IS a nice little touch. Anyone in Creative mode can actually do that already. +1, I don't think it'll take much work either.
