Chest Shop Improvements Part 2

I will be brief and clear with this suggestion.

-Able to buy Always: Recently I tried to buy something off someone I didn't realize was banned. This should be fixed for various reasons:
1. No one benefits from not being able to buy items.
2. Players may file unnecessary /modreqs as they will be confused why they can't buy from the seller who is banned.
3. There is no reason to hold back players from buying their needs.

Now, I do realize that tech has more important issues to fix right now. I still thought I should suggest this as It would help out the server.

I didn't know about this and I don't know why this is implemented. I guess it stops people from draining there money if it is selling but buying. Should be changed +1

 

it's like this so people who are banned can't make a profit. For example, they can tell someone to buy all their stuff from their shop and that could mess with their fine (if applicable) and they would be making money even though they have been punished for breaking rules. Modreqs on this are not an issue.

 

For the reasons June stated above this will be denied.
