can't connect?

so basically it just gives me this message:

io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused: no further information

the logs say:

so can someone tell me what's wrong or what

 

oh no i guess i cant play minecraft ever again what will i ever do i dont think i could live without minecraft i think my life is over because i cant play minecraft and i cant do anything else oh no my entire life is gone
