Can we trust anyone anymore?

So I faced that before while I was still studying, but this whole trust thing got to a new level once I started interacting with "the professional" world of workers.

I started to meet people with different ambitions, different backgrounds, different generations and stuffs. And as I am still the new guy I am not quite that opened on co-workers and to be honest I find it really hard because I saw how they treat each others when they chat or share lunch, and I've heard how they talk about each others on their backs in that break room.

So my mind is so full of those images of hypocrisy and stuffs which makes it very hard to look at someone and believe what they say.. Have you ever seen or heard something that made you ask yourself this question? Today at this age, can we trust anyone anymore?

What you don't see is that this has been going on since the day lingual people evolved. I bet ya the flintstones backtalked eachother!

But of course there are people you can trust. I have a few in my life that I would trust with my life. Most people do, and those who don't, simply just don't see the people they can trust.

 

To be honest, i don't have a problem trusting people because i usually pick the right people to trust. But i only trust a very few people with my life and all the very big thing's.

Lots of my friends talk behind each others backs, i guess it's just something we do. We have gotten used to doing that even though it's not as bad as it was when we were younger. Now we talk crap infront of each other instead of behind each others backs, which i hate since i don't like confronting people like that.

It's not that you can't trust anyone anymore, you simply just have to trust the right people.

 

For me, I usually trust anyone that I meet, but if they break that trust, I'll probably never trust them that much again.

You can trust anyone, you just have to use common sense to justify that choice, and to learn from mistakes in trusting.

I wouldn't worry too much about them. You're most likely not going to end up changing their habits, but you should definitely be careful who you trust...
