    200k Is the highest I will go, And I'm looking for it to be in a Biome With No Trees/Mountians. Has to be in the Beta World.

    You're better off building your own town if you want to buy a good town for 200k. I mean, a towns base-value is 200k alone so you aren't paying for any of the labor.

    I mean I have a town I would sell, but the spawn we invested a million meebles into by hiring someone to do it, plus it cost 200k to make a town, plus all the extra plots I have in the town.
