Billy the Sheep

​

It has been a mere 2 months since the passing of Bob the Cow. Spongey decided to go on another voyage, wanting to find another sailing buddy. She pushed the oars through the water for 5 miles until she came across a lonely, wandering sheep. His name was Billy. A smile beamed on her face, Billy was the perfect sheep!

Spongey pushed Billy into the boat, hoped in then started rowing into the sunset. But a few moments later, Spongey was zapped out of the boat by lag and left floating in the middle of the ocean. Thankfully, she could swim. She looked around her panicking about Billy, but there was no sign of a boat.

She swam as far as she could but still couldn't see him. She called out Billy's name for 5 minutes but still couldn't see him. "Billy....it's a wild world out in the deep, blue ocean.." Spongey mumbled to herself as tears poured down her face.

Billy was gone.
