Barrier Blocks

For those of you who don't know what a barrier block is its basically a block that appears as if its not there. Basically an invisible block. I think we should add this to creative so you can display things without using glass so you can get a better view of it. It could prevent players from going into areas of your plot you don't want and its really a good block. Plus it looks much nicer than glass.

Or you could use the command that comes with the plugin we use that doesn't let certain people on the plot...

 

In order for this to be successful, there would have to be a way to toggle barrier visibility on your plot, as barriers are visible to people in Creative mode.

 

No they are not. Unless the player has a barrier block in their hand.

 

I think this idea is creative, but it may also be difficult to track the blocks. I think that this idea could get accepted, but it may cause some confusion in the creative world.

I like it. You could use it in towns too, for glass that's easier to see through.
