Banknotes

Some servers have this plugin. A banknote is essentially just a piece of paper (or it could be another item) that acts as a certain amount of meebles. You can convert money into banknotes with a command, and cash them by right-clicking. They don't serve any real purpose, but they make gambling a bit more fun/realistic, and they're just neat.

Although it does sound neat, it's pretty useless, the high up staff have enough things to accept but not implement.

This could work as a scam free Casino Deal were the Bank Note is placed in an Item Frame until it the gambling is over.
