I've learned my lesson. I get what I did was bad. I'm done with X-ray and all other forms of cheating. Is punishment really necessary if order can be kept without exploiting it?

 

Here is the posted evidence against you. Notice how you are mining straight to gold ores and caves. The way you look around "through" a wall gives it away that you are using a resource pack to help you find these ores and caves.

My apologies, I had yours confused with another. I will not be able to accept this appeal at this time. X-ray is a serious offense and yes the punishment is necessary. I've seen some players appeal again after a month or two and be accepted back. You might try that.
