Hey guys! So I know I haven't been too active in game, but for now I'll try to be active on forums since my computer isn't really working at the moment.

Anyways, it is November and it is almost Thanksgiving. To celebrate, I am looking for recipes whether they're healthy, simple, unhealthy (*cough* Deep Fried Oreos *cough*), or elaborate to just cook and enjoy (and be very thankful for haha).

I am a huge food fanatic (if you cannot tell). I love to cook at home, though sometimes making meals can be difficult with busy schedules. I'm specifically looking for simple/healthy recipes to make within 30 minutes to an hour. I really want to start eating healthier since my family does eat out quite a bit since it is much more convenient to just stop by at Jack in the Box instead of making a meal at home. I just feel overall lazy and I'm not being as productive as I should be.

If you guys have any recipes you guys want to share please do!! I would love to hear what you guys make at home if you do cook, or if you want to cook you can get some inspiration (hopefully) from this thread.

    Happy Meeping & Cooking!~ <3

I once brought homemade vegan brownies to school for a class party and my friends all thought they were weed brownies... So now my nickname is weed brownies.

    ^^ wut lol

    Grilled PB&J:

    Ingredients
    2 slices sandwich bread
    2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
    2 tablespoons strawberry jam
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter

    Instructions
    1) Place the bread slices on a work surface and spread the peanut butter on 1 slice of bread and the jam on the other; set aside.
    2) Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat until foaming. Add the 2 slices of bread filling-side up and cook until the bottoms are golden brown and the filling is warmed through, about 6 minutes.
    3) Using a flat spatula, flip 1 slice of bread onto the other to close the sandwich. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.

Freshman year was a weird year, but I once made these beautiful vegan brownies (all I did was substitute the oil and eggs with applesauce and bananas) and then I had my all my friends sample it. That was until the end of the day when my friend asked if I put weed in the brownies even though it was supposed to be vegan brownies...

Also, my name is pot brownies, not weed brownies xD

The best cookie in a mug
2 tablespoons of butter, melt in the mug, don't make it molten tho or you'll end up cooking the egg rn and thats bad
Mix in egg yolk (no white)
Mix in 1 tablespoon of white sugar + brown sugar + pinch of salt
Mix in 2 tablespoons of flour (More if you like, 2 will make a super gooey cookie but if you don't like so much add 1-2 more tbs)
Add in as many chocolate chips as you think is needed (no more than like 5 tablespoons or it really wont work out right trust me I've tried)
Stick it in the microwave for 50 seconds :3 The top won't look like its done but it is, once you break the top it'll look fine
You can add whatever to it too, honey, different chips, no chips, cinnamon, all that good stuff, experiment, it's kind of hard to mess up cookies too bad

Banana Bread (idk if this is quick)
    1. 3 Ripe Bananas
    2. 3/4 Stick of Butter
    3. 2 Large Eggs
    4. 2 Cups of Flour
    5. 3/4 Cup of Sugar
    6. 3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
    7. 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
    8. 1/4 Cup of Plain Yogurt (preferably whole)
    9. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

    1. Preheat the oven to 350F
    2. Mash the Bananas (I use a potato masher or whatever but a fork works), Melt the butter (Microwave is easiest) and beat the eggs. (ALL in separate bowls for now)
    3. Mix all of the dry and wet ingredients (including the stuff from step 2) together SEPERATELY, then fold the dry mix into the wet mix.
    4. Use a spatula (if you have one) to scrape the mix into a prepared* bread pan thing. *(Make sure it has been oiled or something so it wont stick)
    5. Bake for 55 minutes.
    6. Remove the bread and let it cool outside of the pan for about an hour.
    7. Don't forget sugar in the recipe because I did that once and it tasted really bad.

    IF YOU WANT NUTS:
    1. Use 1 1/4 cup of toasted walnuts.
    2. Fold them in with the combined wet and dry mixture.
