    Add a command "/tips" that when you execute it, it will say "&4Tips enabled" or "&4Tips disabled"

    If it is enabled, every 2 minutes a message will appear in chat like this:


    &4[&2Tip&4] &e(message)

    (message) would be replaced with a random tip that people might have not known about Meepcraft! It could be a secret command or even simple stuff like how to teleport or join a town.

    PS: By default this is enabled.

    I mean, I like the idea, but isn't that the point of the new /help now?

    +/- I wouldn't mind having this in, but I have a feeling that is what the new /help is. (also it should tell them to toggle /tip, or /toggletip, if they're annoyed by it)

    +X this is awesome something cool. What would also be cool is /help (problem) and any user that has /helpon enabled, will receive this message and be able to help the player REDUCING modreq times for serious issues like townb griefing or threats in game
