Introduction: Well this is awkward. As 90% of this server already knows My name is Tyler, my old ign was MarshallMafers my new one is SimpleArchitect. I already have a history on this server at being an Architect. I wasn't the most mature Architect back then, but I've changed quite a bit and am looking for another shot.

Why should you be Architect? I already have history on this server. I know how it works and what it wants. I know what the people want (build wise). I'm already familiar with 80% of World Edit commands. I have experience with Voxel Sniper. I have enormous amounts of experience when it comes to building, whether that's server Mini game maps, or just event maps. I've learned a lot since I was an Architect and I would love to put this experience to some good use. I'm extremely dedicated to my line of work and I'm willing to give everything to it.

What builds have you completed on the server and where might they be located? I've built for every current and past Admin for this sever and 90% of the Staff on this server current or past. I'm the go to guy if anybody wants anything built. I'm the persons who's builds are always the ones compared too. I don't like to brag but that's how I've always noticed the server when it comes to buildings/builders. I'm not as immature I once was, but here and their I might act a little immature I'm only human. I'm also not as much of a jerk anymore.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I don't work at McDonalds anymore which is nice. Meaning I have more free time. I do have another job but half the hours with the same amount of pay. I have a very creative mind and I'm a very original person. Meaning I can make original builds and games for the server.

How much experience do you have using Voxel and Worldedit? A lot.

-1 u dont care about being an arch. Those who don't are about the position tend to abuse what comes with it. We have plenty of builders who do a fantastic job and in fact care. You were also seen advertising your staff app and basically saying that you don't care if you get it.

 

True True, can't argue with that, Sorry for posting the app then. I'm new to this whole application process I'm use to it being they'll contact you not you contact them.

 

I don't know if I should still be posting on this but ... App looked nice but u kinda seem rude. Those builds looked amazing, but what epick8 said, you were advertising your app and it doesn't seem like you care. That brought my hopes for you wayy down.

Different Architects preform various task. Making maps for mini games. Adding, editing spawn, Server Events etc. Not every Architect is on a the same time meaning its nice to have them spread out so that you'll most likely have 1 or a few on at a time.

-1, to be honest I'm not sure I feel comfortable with you being as involved with staff affairs are current architects are. You've also insulted this server more times than I can count, it's owner, staff. I even saw you giving Andrewrobins247 a hard time when he first got his Architect tag. I don't think you work well with others, I don't think you appreciate others. You are the singular reason we had to make a restrictive set of arch perms, due to all the misuses of perms. (All that attempted moderation)

I just don't think what you can offer is worth the aggravation you risk bringing back about. I suggest taking all that we've already given you, and being happy with it. It's more than our current Archs have gotten.

 

Well I guess that It was a good thing I was Arch before, good idea to put all of the restrictions on instead of just giving them straight up op. I did have my chance and I blew up, but just like you I believe I deserve a second chance. And its actually quite the opposite, I work wonderfully with others I actually promote wanting to work with other builders. Just take a look at Freyview for instance. Its a compilation of builders working together to make wonderful works of art. And yes I've insulted the server a few times in the past and current but that's just me expressing my own personal opinion, doesn't mean I don't like the server its actually quite the opposite. I love this server and wish to see it grow rapidly in the future, and I'd love to apart of it before it does. I know that I've been given a lot from this sever but I also like to give a lot more than what I've already given back. Times have changed for you and they've changed for me. I'm willing to put my past behind me and move forward and have this wonderful opportunity to work for and with the server once more. I hope you can respect that.

Edit: I don't want to sugar coat this but I know I probably had one of the best opportunities anybody could have on this server (other than Admin at the time), becoming a Server Architect before you could apply to become one. It was my ultimate goal to become one the second I joined the server, it was all I could think about. And finally after months of hard work I was given the opportunity, rarely anyone else would ever get. I had the best time and worst time of my life as a Server Architect. I had so much power, I was like a rich young kid blowing all of his parents money. I was spoiled and doing what ever I wanted. I thought I could get away with anything but reality set in and that was the quite the opposite. I was given one of the best opportunities I could ever dream for on this server and I blew it, I blew it badly. I completely 100% understand that it was my fault and I don't think that I should be punished for it more than a year later. I've changed and I still freaking love this server and I'm willing to do anything for it. I'd love to have another chance at becoming a server Architect again, teaching other Architects my techniques and skills while also learning from them. I've learned from my past and I've made changes because of it. Experience is the best teacher.

I have noticed you have been positive and helpful towards a number of meepers in the architecture sub forum, which is great. I love to see this kind of feedback developing our rising stars.

Me having hate towards the server are rare cases now. I'm actually surprised at how much meep has grown since last I was on. Its made me feel proud of who I am when it comes to this server. And yes I love commenting on Architect apps and builders/buildings in the architecture sub forums because I love seeing other peoples building skills, where they're at and where they can be. All it takes to become a great builder is dedication and hard work. (and ofc a great imagination) and that's basically all it takes. There are no secrets, no mods you have to download to become a better builder, you just need to believe that you can become one, and do anything it takes to do it.
