Applying For Staff

Hello if you do know me it is by my username PCAycock but my real name is Preston Aycock
I am actually applying for staff because a couple friends said i would be a great staff member Luke_Sky03 was the one who really pushed me to do it i had never actually thought about it but i think that i could be a really good staff member i do have experience with this Skype of stuff i was a co maryo and i have had experience in real life i am a assistant instructor at a takwando place i go to so i know i have the discipline to be a staff member i think that my strengths would be not being too lenient with the players but still being nice because when i was instructing at first i learned that being too struck can be bad and people respect you less
and you probably would lose the job too. So i fixed that immediately and know all my students really like me and i would try to be like that on the server. Altho i am not a donator or a voter i still think i could be very helpful to the server and i would vote but parental controls won't let me so i don't know how to fix that for now. I know a lot of people apply just to get popular on the server but i really am applying to help the server because i find a lot that there is more and more time where there is no staff on i can be on at these hours most of the time witch could really help the server because a lot of cyber bullying happens at these time's and i mean a lot! I would try to get as good as a normal staff member as soon as i could because sometimes when you just start a job you suck at first i don't think i would suck at first tho and even if i was not perfect i would try to be as fast as a could. I probably sound really serious right now but don't worry i am almost never like this normally. Also i am not someone to get stressed so if i was given a job that i probably would not be able to do i am not going to stress about that i will go and do the best that i can then go work on the next best thing and hope for the best. One problem Might be that i don't have Skype at the moment but anyone with a gmail account can do a thing called hangout to talk to me i will get Skype soon but at the moment i can't plus the good thing about hangouts is you never have problems with cross country connection i am probably going to make a Skype account in 2 weeks at most. I also don't have team speak but going to get that as soon as i finish this thread. I think being part of staff would be good for me to do too i like being appreciated and helping people. I am not one to brag entire and i mean i really don't know if i am qualified i really believe i am but thats up too you. I am not asking for a dim or even mod all i would want is helper and because i want to have power i completely want it to help the server i swear. Know you may believe i am lying about all of this and not give the rank to me i would be disappointed but i could understand i mean you can't just give anyone it you really have to trust them. I know that i am trust worthy you may not believe that either if you don't you can ask Rebo1234, Fluffybutterman1 or Luke_sky03 i probably sound like i am begging now but i don't think i am. I am just trying to give you good hard proof that i am qualified for this rank/job. Most of the time i am a very relaxed guy that can handle stuff under pressure i mean like kicking temp-baning or even banning a friend. I could do that without hesitation no extra warnings no privileges to my friends. I did not give my friends privileges as an instructor i don't plan on doing it now. Everyone is treated the same no matter what. I think a problem i might have is keeping up when i am the online on and everyone is breaking the rules. I will need to be taut the commands too because i don't know any of them other than /ban Witch i have only seen on the chat so i don't even know if its a real command.
