    Heres the thing.

    You will not be banned for changing taxes unless you are reported for it.

    No one is going to report you for lowering taxes.
    No staff will ban you for lowering tax regardless of warning.

    There is literally nothing to warn for.

    Just do it lol

    it does say that in amongst all the other stuff but I agree it could be a lot clearer.

    Title pretty much says it all. Obviously we need a rule to prevent people from increasing town taxes spontaneously, but I see no harm in staff being able to lower taxes at will. Who doesn't want to pay less taxes?

    the same people who don't want to pay less for internet i guess
