AFK System Improvements

I personally find it annoying when I /msg someone and they're afk, but I really need to talk to them, so I have to keep trying to figure out when they finally got back. Since the players already get their messages stored for them when they're afk, I figured that whenever one of those messages are stored (so whenever a player sends them one while they're afk), it will send them a message notifying that the player is afk (and it could also possibly be a donor perk to customize that message). It would also give them a notification when the player returns (when it registers them as no longer afk).

I think this will be useful for players that are trying to be able to find out whether or not someone is afk without sending them a ton of messages that will spam them the instant they return. Thanks for reading, let me know what you think!
