Yes, I do know all of you would hate it but ads on forums would be good, it'd be a steady flow of money for the server. I'm really in support of it as it removes pressure of donating.

More money is always good and I honestly wouldn't care if there were ads.

 

Yeah. the forums gets a good deal of traffic, so it could make some money having ads.

 

If the amount of donations is sufficient, then why aould we need to have ads?

As long as they are non-intrusive I wouldn't mind. We would have to make sure everyone disables their adblock.

Umm Xenforo is like the engine of this website? Or the host? Not too good at computer stuff but Xenforo is something. So, doesn't that mean if we add ads the money would just go to Xenforo, and then doesn't that also mean we're already paying to not have ads?

I might be wrong completely, but that's how I thought it worked.

 

I'd rather not. Our lives are already filled up with enough ads so plz no more. -1.

 

Xenforo is just the forum software used by the server, Meepcraft hopefully has bought a license and isn't just using a nulled version. It's pretty much as any website/forums.

 

(I'll continue with the analogy) Not if it decreased the pay of my co-workers.
