The old CTF was the place that I spent almost all of my time in old Meep, I really like it.

Also there are too many mobs and it would be more fun with only 2 teams.

 

+1 make the f'ing auto-balancing work. I hate it when I'm on a team by myself against 4 players on another.

 

Well that really does sound fun!

 

Screw playing CTF for money. I used to play it all the time in Old Meepcraft because it was actually *fun*. It drew 50+ player games simply because it was entertaining - in fact, it was one of the reasons why I actually joined and stayed with the server, me and hockeygoalie both. I loved the team aspect of building castles out of wool from other flags, the stealth-mode sneak attacks against players and the flag via the forest, and the vast map size that actually made a time punishment when dying with another team's flag.

The player base is something that needs an improvement, and I feel that if MeepColonies was truly recreated, it'd draw in a solid amount of players.

I 1000000000000000% agree. The current CTF doesn't even consist of capturing the flag and isn't nearly as fun as it used to be back in MeepColonies.

The current CTF is sorta boring, and it's not real capture the flag.
It would be cool if there were more CTF maps, using the same map over and over again can get repetitive.

 

As well as more simple and larger maps.

 

What if we had different themed maps?
Like maps with a theme (Outer space, Post-apocyliptic, Urban, Nether, Ect.)

 

Maybe... But that would be difficult. The forest is the a really big part of MeepColonies. The original one was a superflat with a forest surrounding a nether pyramid. It needs to be pretty simple to get the same effect.

 

There should at least be some hills.
Not tall ones though.
I hate the mountains in current CTF.

I love this suggestion as meepcolonies was the best version of ctf we've had, so +1 from me.

The original ctf was red vs blue on a flat hill map, without you having the ability to break anything, then meepcolonies replaced it with two teams, in a jungle map, witch was again replaced by red, blue, orange and green and that map.

 

I joined just as the jungle was being created.

Maybe we could have multiple maps, but still obviously just 1 game. Like we could have it be a vote system in chat?

 

+Jaun for me, Ctf now is very Boring and with people staying on the same team after the game into the next, the same people who just - Claimed the healing base, took all the diamonds, and "Captured" all of the flags. You don't even need to guess who will win. Btw, just a suggestion, but maybe have some better armor as well? When the players get Diamond armor, let us have a chance of beating them, Because right now, diamonds rule the place.

Maybe there could be some random mobs roaming the forest, but like I said: No kits. None at all. And the ores in the area aren't changed, they have regular spawning rates. So if you actually were going to spend the time to get full diamond, it would take the entire game.

 

You have no skill if you cannot beat diamond noobs,literally 90% of the time the diamond noob has no skill at all. @Krazycat600 tell your story
