    As pretty much all of you are aware @Magnoot and I are dating, it has been a year since we became a thing, which is extraordinary considering we're an online relationship, that I've been told not many people could go through considering we're 7,000 kilometres away from each other, a small handful of people are aware of the arguments we have, and I thank you so gratefully for helping me through them all, I couldn't think of any other way to say 'I love you' than to make a thread regarding the server we met on, and without everyone on here I do not think we would be dating at this moment in time, Yes people were concerned with our age difference, me being 16 and he being 19, but I say so long as I am safe no harm can come of this, there are numerous couples with 10 maybe 20 years difference, and it'll seem like nothing in our 20s, ignore this thread if you want I just wanted a specific person to read this, say what you want, I know somewhere would be 'you guys met on a minecraft server wtf' but so what? it's the internet, plus the end of 2017 anything can happen. But I just wanted to say that I'm glad we're together and 1 year with you has been the best year I ever had, I'm thankful that you're there for me and I thank you for staying with me, even when I'm at my worst, you've made me become the person I am today and without you I would be completely different, Thank you for being you. It may seem cringy to some people that I'm doing it on forums of a Minecraft server, but I wanted it to be as unique as possible.

    This is sweet, I know of people that met ingame and after 5 years are now married. And yes it was a long distance relationship.
    Some people will not understand it, but as long as you are both happy, that is the main thing. Good luck in the future :)

    Except when you two grow apart because inevitably propinquity is the leading factor in a healthy relationship. If you truly live 7000 kilometers away from each other than you know perhaps maybe once in five years time you can visit each other, that's not very good. What happens when Minecraft dies? A relationship built over a game is a faulty one, and I can only hope you have taken the relationship you've built off of it and spread it across multiple platforms and medias. The only close friend I have had over the internet was someone I met through a game, but quickly moved off of it because we both saw how when a game dies so do the friendships built on it. I mean, when you two find other people in real life who may not have the same redeeming qualities of your significant other, but just by the way human psychology is you happen to spend increasingly more time with them, how do you plan to admit that part of your life to each other.?I'm not trying to condemn an online relationship, I'm just asking how you plan to fight the factors that ultimately end long distance relationships. Without propinquity, without physical touch, there's only so many deep talks that can keep a relationship alive.

    we were talking through other social media platforms before we even started dating, if it just so happens we drift apart then we're just going to have to deal with it unfortunately, But the point is we've been together for a year, and that was the purpose I made this thread for, not to thank us on the future but the time is now, and I couldn't be any happier at this moment in time from what I've noticed.

    Even if meepcraft dies completely, there will always be meepers lingering together. That’s just how meepcraft is.
