Introduction: Introduction: Hello everyone, CyborgZeroX here applying for helper, Now before I get into my application, I would like to talk about the last few months. I know everyone must dislike how I left, My Reason behind that is that I was burnt out, 3 years I worked for Meepcraft as staff, and when nothing was being done by fuzzlr to fix meepcraft, I got very pissed off about it and needed time away from the server to spread my wings and fly, The time I spent away from meepcraft for the few months as shown me that Meepcraft is the only server I really cared about. I’m very happy to see that fuzzlr is very active again. I deeply apologize for the mess i have made within the team and the trust I have broken, It won’t happen again.

Why should you be Helper? Dedication: I'm a very dedicated person. If there is a problem, I will work my hardest to resolve it, or at least help out in some way. I'm not a "go-half-way-and-quit" type of person. I'm very hardworking, even in minor areas. If something calls for my assistance, I will give it 100% all the way through.

Active: I spend a lot of time of Meepcraft late at night, usually after a long day of work. During the night is when I have the most energy to do most things on the computer, I have access to the forums at work during the day along with slack and my phone. I’m always reachable.

Knowledge: As an ex-Admin I do know alot about the server and commands, I know the in and outs of a staff team, After 3 years of being on the team the things you learn will stick with ya forever!

Organized: I keep everything on my computer in the right folders, on minecraft I make sure to label all my chests if they are not Organized I will spend 4 hours making sure they are. I like to keep things in the right places because otherwise I will not find what i’m looking for.

What are your weaknesses? Weaknesses: I can be forgetful at times, and I can overlook a small detail. But when it comes to work, I try to be as sharp as I can, and keep my mind on task. I am also kind of a quiet person, and communication is not always solid, but I try hard to work at it. During my day job, I am fairly open to people though. So when I am working, whether that be my job, or helping folks on Meepcraft, I am not as quiet as I usually am.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I want to be a rock support for the server, Take on projects to make server #1 once again, I have taken my break from Meepcraft and I’m ready to come back will full stream and Earn the trust back that I lost, There is a reason why Meepcraft has become my life and it's because of the community and staff.

You have just come back from another - quite literally JUST came back. As in, your perms got removed a half hour ago? Ish?
You were completely rude to me because your name was not put into the meep times, and you called me low for deleting a post (that I didnt delete) and then blocked me on skype. I told you what the meeptimes team told me, and you blocked me.

Not to mention you came back, you said meepcraft was dying, several times.
How am I supposed to trust you after you've come back, displaying loyalty to another server, and then saying meep is dying and not your home and well at least that other server cares!!

You can't be a jerk to the server, its people, and its staff (not even counting myself) put very little effort into an application, not to mention I've only seen you active again past like week or so and I haven't helping or talking much past a hello.

Prepare for the helper job. You can't just say sorry and hope everything will be better now. You have to work back from your toxicity and work towards the position you are applying for, same as everyone else.

I also feel very much that you have been out to get me demoted. Things like poking higher staff with winky faces when they move me into a channel alone. Things like saying ''...'' and being all rude and stuff over a joke that I made that hurt absolutely nobody. You've called me two faced several times, despite my years of activity and months of hard and unwavering work towards this server, and I've not been told off for a single thing yet.

Call me biased if you like. But the things you've done that I've said above are facts (in particular the first two).
I cannot trust you.

Edit: one last thing, I hardly saw you do anything as an admin. I would be able to message you something that would take two minutes (Like a name change on forums) and you'd say okay, I'll do it later, and it never got done. That happened so many times, and its only one example. I saw you doing the base and the minimum and hardly going out to actually work and be an outstanding admin, instead you were just kinda there. Its upsetting.

The fact that you have hated me since day 1 of your toxic days, plays a huge fact in the way you treat me monkey, I am done with it, You can not treat people like trash and get away with it, I don't really care if you don't like me, but your attitude is very negative toward people and it needs to stop Look in the mirror.

 

I haven't hated you, except since you started calling the server I play on, my friends and basically my family, dead, or when you falsely have been calling me two faced.

I welcome the criticism and I do try my best. I however will also note what I have said in my first reply,

Why would you insult somebody on an application, that you know you have to work with that person, and you want to be a positive role model and staff member?
Your application itself is asking for criticism and votes - I have given you mine. I have not hurt you, nor done anything to you. I am trying to be as unbiased as possible, with the exception of listing some personal experience.
There was no reason to insult me. Especially when you are trying to show that you are positive and mature.

edit: I also noticed you only insulted me, but did not argue any of my points... why?

Well seen as my last post was deleted I'll rinse and repeat.

I wish you success in this application but I must confess my slight frustration that you have bit at monkeys comment even though you should know staff take all posts into account not just one.
I know (Courtney) that you have great (smells) ability and I know if you rethink your apparent "I'm getting targeted attitude" you will make a great staff once again.

 

Even so, when you essentially ragequit meepcraft, you were pretty toxic. I haven't really seen you around the server too much, and I definitely have questions about your commitment.

Like Muunkee said, you got irrationally angry when your name wasn't on the MeepCraft times, and raged when you didn't get ambassador. Why?

The fact that imel was on the meeptimes when she resigned. That an admin who wasn't added on there got me abit mad.
It wasn't Until after everything was said i found out that she added herself.. If that was said to me before everything happened i would have taken it different. I posted an image of imel on meeptimes and it was deleted not replied to, i didn't get an answer to why she was on there. My post was just gone.

Additionally, can you literally not be bothered to write a new application? Over half of this application was copy/pasted from your old one.

My weakness still stands my friend its my own down fall. And alot of my info from my old app still stands.if i am denied i wont rage or "quit" i got to be the better person then i have been the last few months. I know i have messed up hugely on my part, i look back and see how much i have become toxic, something we all say we won't become only to fall into it ourselfs, i am deeply sorry for everything, i am.

 

I'm not bothered about your lover quarrel with Monkey but you and I were on good terms.

I was not aware until now that you went to a competing server and I am quite surprised you did. I would rather a dedicated member on the team instead of a scavenger that will leave us to join a rival and come back after ties have been broken.

I am not bothered if you get denied or accepted because I know you will put your best foot forward.

 

On August 22, you participated in a thread called "Regret" on the forums of the competing server you joined. In it, you liked a post saying [I regret] "Spending $320 on M__p." As if this isn't enough, you even replied to the post, stating: "I feel ya man, I know the feeling.. I spent 4 years as staff :/"

May I ask what caused this drastic change of heart in less than a month?

 

I'm sorry, dad, but I have to give you a -1 on this.

Ever since you left the staff team, your activity here has been going downhill. Yes, I know that there's a slight bit in you that wants to rejoin the staff team. But I feel as if you still have some negativity towards certain staff members, or the team whole. When you quit the first time, your status on Skype had me shocked. Yeah, it was a few months ago, but still.

I don't see you qualified for staff at the moment, after what has happened so far.

You've done a lot for the server in the past, something not many people here can even begin to rival. I get that everyone takes a break once in a while, but I do think that it's a little too soon after leaving to join a rival server. Just give it a little time, and the trust that you built in the past few years will start to come back.

 

Since I've been talking to you for quite some time I know nearly all of what happened. I don't blame you for the things you did. Sometimes we reach our breaking point. I think a lot of the prior posters are neglecting the INSANE amount of time you dedicated to us. I think that as long as you recognize what you could have done better all can be forgiven because you spent 3 years with us. THREE YEARS WITHOUT BREAK.
I really never got to work with you staff-wise(we talked and did our thing but never really together) but you've been a wonderful friend since.

Given your previous tenure on staff I'm surprised they didn't just let you come back. But since you are applying I'll leave my constructive criticism

Sensitivity- You can read too much into things and get hurt by them. Come on man. Don't let others affect you that much.
Standing up for yourself- I rarely see your own opinion. I see you backing up others but not necessarily yourself.

I remember seeing this. I don't feel like you'll let this happen again. =)
Andrew, you are a great addition to the team and once you work on those things I listed (and you don't have to be perfect- no one is!) I think you'll do a fantastic job!

Edit, addressing the application- he had the go ahead from klutch to reuse parts. If andrew thinks it's his best work I think that's fine.
He also worked incredibly hard to keep peace between the servers because he will always truly be loyal to meepcraft. He had to make the hard decision to come back and he made it.

 

Well dayum. Seems like all muunkee did was make a post expressing her concerns and giving you criticism. All you do is insult her and say you don't care about her. News flash @Muunkee is an amazing person always glad to help and give great answers. Before you tell someone to look in the mirror maybe you should yourself

Put some more time into the server. For all we know you can find another server in a couple of days and leave again. Just play actively, participate, and show everybody that you're here to stay. Why did you just come back extremely suddenly and reapply? Why talk to down about Meep and so greatly of Jess' server, and then come back here? Gather yourself first. I don't want to be a mean person because you're my friend, but like really. Also, don't you know to make a new app by now? If you can't even put in the time to make a new application, what makes me think you'll put in the time just to start all over again? You haven't assured me at all that you won't just leave again, and you just seem power hungry, which I really hope you can prove me wrong.

You could be a much better candidate, just put in time and effort. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but pretend like this is your first time around. Try to be an example for everyone instead of another senior member who comes back and instantly gets staff. Show everybody who is against you that you can handle the position.

Right now though, I suggest you delete your application and show the community you really want this instead of really wanting the title or the staff chat again. Show everybody that you care.

Note that I'm not for you nor against you, I just want the best for you and everybody else on the server.
