I've learned to not answer staff whenever they mention anything relating to me, because every time I do an argument happens and I'm punished without warning.

This is going to get auto denieed by klutch, but whatever. It's not right to perm ban me, lol. Your reason/thought behind it was extremely biased. There's no reason I should have gotten permed for it, nor is there a reason I should have been permed WITHOUT WARNING AT ALL.

A fight* happened between me and like, all of staff, over a ban that happened a while ago. I was asking for jess to not mention the ban at all, because it's a topic i get really mad about, she chose not to listen and to provoke me. I then lashed out, as I warned I would, and then I got permed for it. Not only that, I got permed for "Toxicity, Staff Dis, Server hate, and Negativity". I "cant appeal for 90 years". Not waiting that long to bust out an appeal, because this is a stupid ban.

 

My reason is bias?

You told jess she was the worst staff member ever. - in global.
You told dawn he was right along side her and should get smod because theyre all bad. - in global.
You told nick he was terrible and asked how he got staff in the first place. - in global.

All because metro asked about cursing? You "got heated"

So it brings me to "Banned without warning". Are you that dense? How can you act like you didnt know this was about to happen?

You dont get a free pass to trash anyone here. You are no better than anyone on this team. I dont care what your personal opinion is or that you have one. You wanna bring it into global and attempt to belittle and make them feel stupid, feel free to let the door hit you on the way out.

Take me insulting Jess for example. I was calling her the worst staff member in /g because of my experiences with her. I don't even know where to start with all of the things she's like, caused? I literally don't know what to say about her. She has never ONCE ever helped me when i asked, never helped me with a case of hacking, or anything like that. She's actually only done things against me! Such as banning me for no reason at all, lol.

I dont know what you even mean, lol. No staff was trying to stop me, they were all going along with the argument. Not sure why that's okay for them to do, but I guess it is.

I would indeed say that you have a bias toward me. would you mind going into message logs and getting everything you said to me? you weren't being the nicest fella. You obviously don't like me, which is whatever. I don't care if you don't like me, it's something I gotta deal with. That's why I knew I was getting banned the second you got on and, quite frankly, got salty like you're known for.

i said that if Jess can get smod, I should get it. I was making a direct comparison to the amount of helpfulness and work we each would put in/do put in. Which is nothing. It shouldn't have been said, but I said it. Don't change the story, though. I'm not gonna deal with you lying about what I said.

like, yes i was rude to nick, but it started in pvp. Nick was being a toxic pvper in kitpvp with me. you can't expect me to be inside of a pvping environment, talking to a staff member who spams "loloololololololololo" every time they kill you in kitpvp, and not call them out on it, lol. Not to mention that he was literally abusing /tp in kitpvp, being that he was teleporting to kakorrhaphio who was ontop of the little house. Nothing good has come from nick in my eyes, either. Show me respect and I show you respect, is that not what you told me yourself?

Yes. It was because of the topic that he brought up. I don't care if that sounds stupid, but I asked nicely for her to drop that subject. She didn't listen, so I asked a little more rude. Wouldn't listen, and then this happened.

I was NOT TOLD to STOP SPEAKING IN /G ABOUT THE TOPICS I WAS SPEAKING ABOUT. If I were to be warned, I would have stopped, easy. It's not hard to stop typing in /g. But when there's STAFF LITERALLY ARGUING WITH ME, WHO DON'T WANT TO STOP, it's hard for me to want to stop.

Brings me back to the NickxGold thing. He gets a free pass to abuse his power as a staff member, and he gets a free pass to be toxic in /warp kitpvp, why shouldn't I get a free pass to voice my opinion in the global chat?

I'm not calling you out, or trying to be rude, but this sounds like you're kinda uh, looking past why the ban was set in place at all. The argument was fueled more by me calling out why I think that staff members are (the worst, some of the worst, etc) bad. And I gave reasons too, it wasn't just "haha i hate staff brothas back me UPPPP!" If you didn't want to hear what I had to say, then maybe telling me that would have been a good option. Not instantly defaulting to a PERM BAN, LMAO.

I didn't say YOU have auto denied before, but the times an admin have banned me for a bad reason/no reason/stupid reason, my appeals get autodenied. Was just saying that because I was pretty sure it would happen, but thank you for not making that true.

 

Sorry for mentioning my job but, Lets not forget that every single day I have to deal with people calling me bias or racist.
Thing is, I wouldn't be able to arrest anyone or ban you if I didn't have to deal with you. You choose your own fate.
You cant screw up, Then get mad at me for not letting everything slide.

You've been banned an insane amount of times. I dont think I need to warn you to stop bashing staff. . I mean, seriously.
I have never, and will never make a ban simply because I dislike someone. Otherwise a lot of people would be banned and others would not.

But You're 100% correct on the fact that I dont like you. Anyone who thinks that a song about destroying and killing Americans is a joke wouldn't have many teeth left If we met face to face. But no, That has 0% effect on your ban. In fact the only reason I even came on is because I had 3 different people come tell me you were being your old disrespectful self.
