/plot transfer

Commands:
/plot transfer [town name/player] [radius]
/plot transfer [accept/deny]
Worlds:
TownsA and TownsB


What does it do?:

Let's say, I buy a building from Alexxxxxx and there are other people in the town, who want to claim it and save money. Alexxxxxx has to /t unclaim so that I can claim the plots. Another person claims the plots before I do.

Now let's imagine the same scenario but Alex does /plot transfer z 10. This will make a message in your chat pop-up saying something along the lines of:

The town of Town has requested a transfer of 10 plots:
/transfer accept
/transfer deny

This will allow for easier selling of town land and builds.

if no more plots can be claimed, a message will pop-up in chat:

Towny transfer failed, no plots available in town.

 

A bit confusing but I get the main idea, +1 because it's just like /trade except the trades include land like in the real world.

 

The described scenario has never happened to me, but this seems like it would prevent that from theoretically happening. +1

I've had this happen to me a few times, and I'd see it being useful when making transactions and such. I think we should also be able to transfer the plots at a certain price per plot, like buying plots.
Perhaps /plot transfer [town name/player] [radius] [price]
