Mojang was left with no choice but to enforce EULA after severs refused to listen for 2 years.
Plus it's how it is now and it won't be changed back no matter how hard you try.

 

even though the gameplay is better, donations are not better

 

Donations were already going down the toilet due to the lack of players. The Eula barely made a dent in donations. People will silt I'll buy ranks with meebles just to get the rank and the title it comes with.
