So today Klitcher is going to learn something about Scrum which is a specific type of project organization and development process which is used for software development.

Scrum outline:


TLDW:
You break down specific features that are desired to be accomplished, and you break those features down into short deliverables. Most deliverables will be done within two weeks and on a set schedule the project finishes new features.

Suggestion:
The development process should be revised for a two week schedule where every two weeks the development team focuses on one aspect of the server and does a limited number of features that will be accomplished at the end of the two week period. This way the process for change can be organized and expected in regular periods and the player's wouldn't need to wonder when the next update is.
