After browsing about 7 pages of the Denied section, and trying (but failing) to search it up, I'd like to make a great suggestion.
LWC. A locking plugin, that allows you to lock and set permissions for doors, chests, gateways, trapdoors, and more.
Here's a link to the Bukkit site for LWC, and here the's link to the Spigot site for LWC.
It'd be nice to prevent town staff from walking into my doors when I'm offline. I have heard the stories, and even experienced it myself (not on here).
Town Mayors would be able to create Donation chests, that allow people to drop things and not be able to pull them out (only the chest owner can do this). Public Chests, where everyone can interact with them, but can't destroy them. Private, where no one (but the owner and whom he adds) can access it (convenient for chests indoors). And lastly Password Chests, where no one but the owner and password-knowers can access.
Either way, I want my stuff protected from everyone, and Towny doesn't enforce that. Besides, Staff won't have to worry about banning Mayors for stupid things like that. I honestly find it safer to build out in the wild than in a town where your stuff is accessible by others.
Sorry man, but this is a -1 from me. I really don't see the point of having this plug-in. The only use I see is if someone is too lazy to put a shop chest to protect their chest. And Wild really shouldn't have this plug-in in general. As mentioned before, it creates too much unnecessary work. What if the player leaves the town? Suddenly, only staff can unlock the chest. Furthermore, towny raids become much more difficult as these chests will be 'locked'. The argument of not trusting town staff is a simple one to refute. Just cover your chests with shop signs. The only way to remove them is through /plot clear which you must own the plot to do so. Overall, this plug-in would create too much work and little to no benefit aside from convenience. And convenience isn't a good enough reason.
