Some suggestions

Ultimate shop:

Remove slime spawn egg.
-Slime spawn eggs were extremely hard to obtain, but now any ult can buy them.
Add wither skeleton spawner.
-With horse, guardian, ocelot, wolf, witch, and other spawners, wither skeletons don't seem too bad.
-50k a spawner takes a long time to pay off.

Citizen shop:

Increase sell price/increase buy price.
-Glowstone used to sell for 65+ meebles a piece, but now it's only selling for 40 each.
Add diamonds back.
-Most citizens do not have a silk touch pick, unless they play for a while, diamonds were a good source of money for citizens.

Player heads:

If a player can't be found on meepcraft make, when you click the head make it say something like
"(player's name) head, /history (player name) to see their current IGN!"

/fly in Boomo spawn (ultimates)

You can fly as ult in infected spawn, doesn't harm anyone.

/Pack all

Make /pack all turn glowstone dust into glowstone blocks, sand into sandstone.
Maybe 4 sticks into a plank/4 ice into packed ice.

Towny Signs:

Wither skeleton spawners would devalue wither skeleton heads, not that I feel it's a huge deal.

Other than that note, the suggestions are great and I have to +1 every one of them, especially the one pertaining to player heads. It's little things like that which I personally love seeing.

You can place skeleton spawners in nether and have withers spawn, it just allows money to be removed from the eco (50k a spawner takes a long time to make back) and it could replace the spawner removed from the ult shop

As a citizen, I am very disappointed to not see diamonds. I can't say as much for Ult though, considering I am not an Ult.

I'm not sure which shop diamonds are currently in. I believe it is Exclusive (Please correct if this is incorrect). Either way, they should be moved to Citizen or VIP. I only say VIP because it gives them a reason to donate a little.

The Wither skeleton spawners would also make things easier. The main difference between what people currently do and what they would do is the Wild element. When my (Beta) mayor, co-mayor, and myself were all farming Wither Skeleton heads, we'd hit each other every once in a while on accident.
Basically, the only other change would be location. So instead of farming in a Nether box, you'd be grinding in your town.

 

+1 Ult shop is pretty lame to be honest and it doesn't have the things it deserves. I don't use the citizen shop much but I can understand how they feel when simple things like that aren't there. Diamonds are NOT something that ranked people can sell. It's stupid.

 

Can we possibly exchange the slime spawn eggs into villager spawn eggs? I remember seeing them there before and now I can't find them.

This would only make the economy worse. Decreasing the value of wither heads, in turn decreasing the value of beacons. Not everything needs a spawner.

Instead of adding a Wither Skeleton spawner, add spawn eggs for them, It't not a guarantee to get a head every time.

 

You can go to the nether and have a wither skeleton spawner anyways, not like making a wither spawner will hurt anyone if it's ultimate perk and 50k

 

We can get Wither Skeleton spawners in nether?

 

Something like 80% of skeleton spawns in the nether are withers
stick a skelly spawner and boom wither spawner
