So, this guide will explain things that I noticed in UHS and how some of the mechanics work. This will also include a guide on how to survive.

    Mechanics:
    Survival Bonuses:
    Every 30 Minutes: 1 /tpahere
1 Hour: Bed Spawns (Does not always work)
Every 1.5 Hours: 20 seconds of Regeneration If Hunger is Full (2.5 Hearts Healed Max)
Every 3 Hours: 1 Enchanted Golden Apple
    Daylight Cycle:
    During Daytime:
All (Or a majority) of hostile mobs will despawn
Passive mobs will spawn at a higher rate than normal
Any hostile mobs will attack as if encountered during Vanilla Minecraft (Including Nether)
    During Nighttime:
Hostile Mobs (Including Endermen and Pigmen) will spawn at a 3x rate than normal
All Hostile Mobs will be 3x Stronger and 3x More Health
    Higher Chance of Enchanted Weaponry

    Survival Tips:
    Getting Started:
/suicide Until you find a decent spawn area
A decent spawn area would have lots of trees, cows, possible sugarcane/watermelons
    Not flooded with caves
Chop down trees and collect food
Then begin to build a base
    Base Building:
Preferred Base is to be built underground
Use torches to keep all areas lit
If possible, use Jack-O-Lanterns or Glowstones to conserve space and increase light
    Create an Underground Farm
Acquire/Get Teammates (If you die, they can /tpahere you back to the base)
    During Daylight Cycle:
Farm Passive Mobs during this time
Cut Down Trees during this time
    Go Spelunking during this time
Visit the Nether during this time
    During Night Cycle:
    Expand Your Base
    Organize Your Chests
    Brew Potions
    Farm
    What should I go after?:
    Overworld:
    Pumpkins
    Water Melons
    Sugar Canes
    Nether:
    Netherwarts
    Soul Sand
    Mobs:
    Cows-Leather
    Chickens-Feathers
    Spiders-String
    Blazes-Blaze Rods
    Magma Cubes-Magma Creams
    Mining:
Stuff you would usually get mining (Diamonds/Gold/Iron/Coal/Lapis/Redstone)

If you have any questions, just ask and I'll answer them to the best of my ability.

I don't know when these will be fixed, but here's a list of "bugs" that you can use to have a better UHS Life.

    • Need to grind hostile mobs and you don't want your butt handed to you? /spawn when it is almost night and come back. Some of the hostile mobs will not despawn and you can grind them
    • Having problems with mobs during night time? Use a bow! They will have only ten hearts then instead of the insane number nighttime gives them :D
    • Low on the old gold? Go to the nether, Dig a pit, push zombie pigmens into there and drop gravel on them. They will not aggro on you and you can get the gold :D
    • Hear a slime and it's night? Go for it! They do not have a boosted health yet.
That's all that I know of. Feel free to post some more "bugs" that you find :D

    Update on some more tips:

After a while on UHS, I have discovered the two best ways to acquire food. The first one is setting up an automatic animal farm while having a looting 3 fire aspect 2 sword. I realized that might be unattainable for some players in the beginning. Thus, I have looked into it a bit more and the best food you can get with the least amount of work/resources required is pumpkin pie. Set up an automatic egg collection facility with chickens, start a sugar cane farm, and have a pumpkin farm. I have had enough pumpkin pie to last me a full mining trip.

Also, one of the best things you can do if you have a stable form of gold is to obtain Villagers. Villagers can help you acquire better items at a cheaper price. So you may want to prioritize blaze rods to get weakness potions for the villagers. Remember, no villager is worthless. On how to correctly convert zombie villagers, make sure to do it before the night is over. Once the night ends, the zombie villager will despawn if you are in the same chunk as it. Thus, if you want the zombie villager to survive the transition from night to day, you want to either leave the chunk/area or do /spawn before it turns day.

If you have already used the gapple and weakness potion the zombie villager gains the Persistance Required tag and will not despawn, so you can just leave it in a cage, just an fyi

Actually false. The plugin for despawning hostile mobs despawns ALL hostile mobs regardless if they have nametags or potion effects.

Not a name tag. It is separate from all that. It is tagged ( look it up on the mc wiki) with a tag that prevents despawning (similar to how the edragon can't despawn)

I tested both. Zombie Villagers despawn because of how the plug-in is currently written. It doesn't matter whether you have a nametag or a gapple or potion on it. As long as it is a zombie villager, it will despawn if you are near it.

When you are curing the zvilleger by using a splash potion of weakness on it then rclick on it w a gapple a sound effect plays (I think) during this few minutes befor it turns back to a normal villager it cannot despawn.

Just in case you both were unaware, you can double the curing rate by having iron bars nearby.

Yes, I understand the sound effect ability but in UHS, regular zombie villager curing programming DOES NOT work. The current plugin made by dblo has it that all hostile mobs will despawn at the end of night regardless of what effect they have. I understand that the despawning cannot occur in regular Minecraft but with the custom plugin built by dblo, it does not work that way. I have tested numerous methods and the best way I found to avoid the despawning is leaving before the end of night and rejoining during day.
