Why should people have to pay for perks that they've already paid actual money for?

 

I paid $80 for that perk, no reduction of the perk is justified, in my opinion.

Also, I need to dispel this, as it's been a long-given excuse. No new person joining does /baltop and says "Wow! The eco is so high!" and leaves the game.

The "size" of the economy is not relevant to the players, having things to do, and having them reasonably easy to do are your goals. Not reducing an arbitrary number. Thus far, all attempts at that have made the game far, far worse.
